Mithila Radio attaches great importance to protecting its users’ privacy and data. These data protection regulations describe, which type of – very limited and anonymous – information Mithila Radio could collect as well as our policies for the transmission of information.
Data collection
We do not collect any of our visitors’ personal information. None whatsoever. When using Mithila Radio neither your IP address is recorded nor is the browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) collected.
We protect your privacy by means of our policy not to collect any data. Other website operators can use your IP address and information about your browser and operating system in connection with other data, to identify your computer, your place of residence and you.
Geo targeting
Mithila Radio completely does away with statistics and analyses on its visitors in order to protect your privacy. Given that we do not collect any information on our visitors, we are also not able to identify your place of residence. Mithila Radio does not conduct any geo targeting.

Mithila Radio does not use Cookies which can be used to identify of a user. Cookies are small file packets which are stored on your computer’s hard drive as soon as webpages are accessed.

In no way does Mithila Radio sell your contact information or transmit said information to third parties. Mithila Radio has the option of sending users emails to inform them of developments and latest news at Mithila Radio. However, your consent is required to be able to provide you with this service. Without your consent, we solely use your data to answer your enquiry. After providing us with your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time.
Children under the age of 16
Please observe that we do not collect any kind of personal data. Consequently, Mithila Radio also does not knowingly request, collect or share any information for the personal identification of users under the age of 16. The protection of children’s privacy is of significant importance to us.
Exchange of information
Mithila Radio does not have any personal data which we could distribute. Mithila Radio only transmits personal data to third parties if we are legally obligated to do so (e.g. based on an official court order or if the handing over information is subpoenaed) or to avert imminent danger for the rights, the property or the safety of Mithila Radio, its users or the general public as legally required.
Government requests
The headquarters of Mithila Radio is located in India. Mithila Radio is solely subject to Indian law. Any request or demand by a government for the divulgement of information resp. data will be diligently reviewed by our legal counsel.
